Shipping Policy

We offer delivery in Zambia. We also offer a Click and Collect option at our retail stores, Entrance 2, Shop 51B, East Park Mall & Shop 6, Levy Junction Shopping Mall.

We aim to have your orders delivered in a timely and enjoyable manner. Due to the modified operations put in place to help protect those working at the distribution centre and possible delays with our courier partners, delivery is expected within a maximum of seven (7) – ten (10) business days, after it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

The health and well-being of our customers, employees and partners are of the utmost importance to us and we are committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges

We provide simplified delivery charges for your convenience.

We offer a flat delivery rate of ZK100.00 for all orders which amount to less than ZK500.00 (after promotional vouchers have been deducted) to anywhere in Zambia.

All Zambian orders above ZK500.00 are subject to “Free Delivery” unless otherwise stated. Where “Free Delivery” is offered, no delivery charges will be for your account.

Our Click and Collect option is free.

Our Delivery Process

After your order has been completed at checkout, your order is processed, dispatched and our courier partners will collect your order for delivery, as per your delivery instructions. Please allow up to seven (7) – ten (10) business days for your order to be delivered, after it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

Once your order has left Color Café, you will receive an sms or email with the delivery details from our courier partner.

Changes to the delivery process have been made and contactless delivery will be available to limit the potential spread of Covid-19 in line with current guidelines on social distancing and the avoidance of close contact. You do not personally have to sign for the delivery, as long as someone can accept the delivery on your behalf. However, if no one is available to accept the delivery, a second attempt to deliver your order will be made the next available business day. If the second delivery attempt fails, your order will be returned to Color Café and we will contact you to arrange new delivery instructions – please note that in this instance any additional delivery charges will be for your account unless otherwise stated.

If you request delivery to a residential complex or estate or to a business park, please include any special delivery instructions in the ‘special instructions’ section at the checkout. This may include access codes or if we should leave your parcel with security.

Our Click and Collect Process

We offer a Click and Collect option at our retail stores.
Entrance 2, Shop 51B, East Park Mall
Shop 6, Levy Junction Shopping Mall.

Orders will only be kept at our Click and Collect depot for a maximum of 3 weeks, after which they will be returned to our warehouse and one of our Customer Service Consultants will be in touch to arrange an alternative delivery or collection option.

You can only collect your order during store opening times and a copy of your sales order confirmation, together with proof of identification, will be required when collecting your order. Without this we won’t be able to give you your order.

Delivery Times & General Information

Delivery times may vary depending on the product(s), and your delivery location. Please allow up to seven (7) – ten (10) business days for your order to be delivered, after it has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. This delivery time is a general guideline; however, in certain situations deliveries may take longer due to your delivery location or key promotional periods such as the website launch, Black Friday and Christmas.

Orders are delivered during office/business hours, Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

We only deliver to physical addresses and do not offer an option to have orders delivered to postal addresses.

We do not offer express delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry and additional delivery charges will be for your account unless otherwise stated.

Tracking Your Orders

Once your order has been processed and dispatched from Color Café, you will receive a sms or email with the shipping details from our courier partner.

Once our courier partner notifies you that they have your parcel, you can track your order by going to our courier partners’ website, click the ‘track it’ icon and enter your waybill number.
